The client’s brief was to create a single storey, simple, elegant & timeless structure incorporating all the elements relating the design ethos of the Simbithi Eco Estate. Whilst the topography of this site is not as challenging as some of those on the estate; the desire for their home to be single story resulted in an essentially one leveled home with use of the site incorporating additional split level accommodation. All the living areas of the home have undisturbed views & visual connection with lush vegetation of the 100 year flood plain.
